Mango Production Growth Rate Analysis (2017-18 to 2020-21)

In the last four years, there have been many changes in the growth rate index of mango production in various districts of Rajshahi division.

Naogaon district achieved a production growth rate of 76.11% in mango production, which is the highest in Rajshahi division.

On the other hand, Chapainawabganj district has gained a lot of reputation in mango production in the past, but in the last four years, this district is the most declining in terms of growth of mango production with a negative growth rate of -34.45%.

Joypurhat, the small district of this division, also exhibited a positive growth index with a growth rate of 12.42%. This district is closest to Naogaon district.

When it comes to mangoes in Bangladesh, Rajshahi comes to mind. But, Rajshahi district achieved only 1.52% increase in mango production in the last four years.
